1-click Fiber Pen. Cle-Box. Isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free wipe only. Canned air.
3. What is the most important part of splicing, and what should you do if you have any doubts about the angle?
Proper cleaning; use more alcohol. Proper cleaving; increase the pressure. Proper cleaving; use a new fiber stripper. A good fiber cleave; redo it or rotate your cleave wheel.
4. When working with fiber connectors, what is the Rule that should never be broken?
Connector Should Never Leave Your Hand Without a Protective Cap. All connectors must be cleaned with canned air. Always connect to a metal or ceramic alignment sleeve bulkhead. Connectors must be inspected only if loss measurements are high.
